At I AM SPORT IN PROGRESS we know the importance of sport as a family. Practising sport as a family brings great physical and psychological benefits, as well as being great fun. It unites the members of the family and serves as an example to the children so that they incorporate sport into their lives in a natural way. This family experience helps them to forge the foundations of a healthy path, both physically and mentally.

The youngest children have an enormous amount of energy. There is nothing better than channelling it through sport and what better way to enjoy sport than with our family, helping them to promote their self-esteem and to value themselves. Providing them with another tool for a more adequate socialisation.

who is it aimed at?

I AM SPORT IN PROGRESS has designed courses for family practice, as any sport practised as a family helps to create healthy habits, reinforcing the family bond, the capacity for communication and socialisation, allowing us to enjoy physical activities outside the home and practising with the best Olympic or Elite sportsmen and women.

Doing sport as a family brings great benefits and is also a lot of fun.

It is particularly fun for our children. This experience will help them lay the foundations for a healthy life, both physically and mentally.

Our children have an enormous amount of energy. What better way to channel it than through sport. If the habit is instilled from an early age, they will always keep it.

A minimum of 3 Olympic sports will be practiced and there will be practical classes on personal growth and nutritional counseling, all by highly qualified personnel.
