La falta de tiempo es un factor determinante en muchas ocasiones a la hora de realizar deporte. En I Am Sport somos conscientes de esa realidad y hemos diseñado un curso completamente online que no requiere de conocimientos previos, destinado a personas de todas las edades y sexos con entrenamientos personalizados.
Y para los papis y mamis hemos introducido entrenamiento combinado con los “peques” de la casa para practicar deporte en familia.
